“I moved to Notts for University and decided to start going to The Actors Workshop Nottingham. As I was 18, I was worried about going into an adults group, whether I’d be up to the standard of the other members, or whether I’d fit in. However, it didn’t matter what standard I was at, as the workshop varies in so many different styles of acting and encourages you to step out of your comfort zone. Tim led an incredibly helpful run of sessions on ‘Acting For The Camera’, all of these skills I put into practical use when I went for my auditions for Hollyoaks,. The Actors Workshop helped mature the acting skills I already had, and also taught me so many things that still help me to this day”.
